Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Pinball Football Pro is an arcade football game for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and who else receives it. In short: you never create an account or give us your name or email, your progress lives on your device, and the game shows ads from Google AdMob.
On your device
Your progress (league standing, coins, upgrades, missions and settings) is saved on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Anonymous sign-in and purchases
To sell and keep gems, the game signs you in anonymously with Firebase Authentication (Google). This creates a random identifier; no name, email or phone number is involved. Our game server links that identifier to a player ID and stores your gem balance and your purchase records (the store's transaction ID, the product, the amount, the date and any refund).
Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat checks each purchase with the store for us and receives your player ID and the store's transaction details.
Advertising
The game shows a banner on its home screen and, if you choose, a rewarded video that doubles a match's coins. These ads come from Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, your IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. Some US states get a similar message. Where this applies, you can change your choices at any time in the game: Settings → Ad privacy → Options.
- On iPhone and iPad, the game may ask whether you allow tracking. Ads are personalised only if you allow it. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Diagnostics
The game does not include an analytics service and does not send crash logs or gameplay logs to us. The Unity game engine may send anonymous hardware statistics (such as device model, operating system and graphics chip) to Unity. Apple and Google may share crash reports with us if you allow it in your device settings.
Who receives data
- Google: AdMob ads and Firebase Authentication.
- RevenueCat: purchase verification.
- Apple and Google: payments through their stores.
- Unity: hardware statistics.
We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping and deleting data
Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Your player record and purchase history on our server are kept while you play. Email us and we will delete them, except purchase records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud prevention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email us to use these rights.
Children
Pinball Football Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
